Last Updated: April 5, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to MyJarvix. We provide users with hosted instances of the OpenClaw AI agent (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide and improve our Service.
Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We also record the date and version of the Terms of Service you agreed to at the time of registration.
- Payment Information: When you subscribe or purchase credits, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment details. We do not store your raw payment information, only a customer ID provided by Stripe.
- User Content: Any data, text, prompts, or files you input into your OpenClaw instance or its workspace ("User Content").
Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage and Token Data: We collect detailed information about your use of the Service, including which models you use, the number of input and output tokens processed, and the credits consumed. This is essential for billing and for the functionality of your dashboard.
- Log Data: Standard log files, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the dates and times of your requests.
- Instance Configuration: We store the configuration of your OpenClaw instance, such as the agent's name and selected model.
- Cookies: We use cookies for two purposes: (1) a session cookie to keep you logged in (strictly necessary, set when you sign in); and (2) Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our website (analytics, only set after you accept via our cookie banner). You can reject analytics cookies at any time via the banner at the bottom of the page.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service: account creation, instance hosting, and request processing.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions and credit purchases via Stripe.
- To send transactional emails such as welcome messages, password resets, and payment confirmations.
- For billing and analytics: calculating token usage, deducting credits, and understanding platform-wide trends.
- For security and fraud prevention to protect your account and the integrity of our Service.
4. International Data Transfers
By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information, including User Content, may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. We rely on our third-party providers' data transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where applicable.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with essential third-party service providers.
- AI Model Providers: To provide the core AI functionality, your User Content (including prompts and files) is sent to third-party AI model providers such as OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies.
- Payment Processors: We share information with Stripe to process your payments.
- Other Service Providers: We may use providers for services like email delivery or cloud hosting.
- Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain your information according to the following schedule:
- Account and profile data: Retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Billing and payment records: Retained for 7 years from the date of the transaction to comply with applicable tax and financial regulations.
- Usage and token logs: Retained for 1 year to support billing disputes and service analytics.
- Server access logs: Retained for 90 days for security and fraud prevention purposes.
We take reasonable measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data. Your OpenClaw instance data is stored in an isolated volume.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal information. You can manage your account settings and cancel your subscription at any time. Please contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.
